Aspire Nautilus Mini Review
It’s hard not to like the things that come out of Aspire. In fact, the Aspire Nautilus has been a game changer to the way we view clearomizers since it’s inception. The Nautilus flooded the market (not the tanks), making dedicated vapers out of noobs. It’s no surprise that Aspire finally released the mini version of their most popular product. The Nautilus Mini has a brand new coil design that I am excited to share with you guys. This new coil technology is going to rock the vaping industry. Let’s see what’s Aspire-ing.
What You Get
- 1 x Nautilus Tank (1.8ohm BVC atomizer installed)
- 1 x Replacement BVC (Bottom Vertical Coil) Atomizer (1.8ohm)
- 1 x eGo threaded beauty Cone
- 1 x User Manual
Revolutionary Coil Design
The big deal about the Nautilus Mini is the brand new coil design by Aspire. The new technology is designed to have the coils last longer and give a purer and cleaner taste from e juices. It is called the BVC, or Bottom Vertical Coil.
There are no more wicks to worry about! You can still use the regular coil heads from the original Aspire Nautilus if you have those coils as well. Some people have experienced an issue with the new Aspire Nautilus Mini coils, but to date there have been mainly positive reviews.
The Nautilus Mini comes installed with a 1.8 ohm BVC coil head. One of the more popular settings to use your Aspire Nautilus Mini BVC is at 1.8 ohms at 13 watts. In addition, the new bottom vertical coils are also compatible with the original Aspire Nautilus.
The Nautilus Mini includes an improved four-port adjustable airflow system that is user friendly, as well as reliable. This four port system allows the user to adjust the draw, warmth of the vapor, and the amount of vapor that’s produced by simply rotating the valve ring.
The Nautilus Mini has an ego threading but with a connector you can attach it to a 510 battery device. You can use it with any device that supports eGo.
The Aspire Nautilus Mini tank has a capacity of 2 ml, so you’ll be able to fill it with your all day vape. The clearomizer comes with two tank options. You can choose between the stainless steel tank setup, or the popular pyrex glass tank. Both setups will last you a long time because they are made of more durable material than the plastic clearomizer tanks.
You don’t have to worry about cracked tanks with harsh e liquids. This is just another reason why choosing a superior clearomizer can make your vaping that much more pleasant. You can find the link to both the glass replacement and the stainless steel replacement tanks here.
The Nautilus Mini comes standard with a rounded drip tip. It also comes with a small silicon rubber sealing ring. This option allows you to attach your favorite 510 drip tips to the Nautilus Mini.
Best Mod Device for the Nautilus Mini
If you need a new and reliable rechargeable battery device, this IS NOT for you. This is for the vapers. The Vamo V5 is a more advanced (but not hard to figure out) device that uses individual batteries to power it. It has very high reliability, and you should it out our review on it here.
With the added mention of the Vamo V5, we would like to announce an edition to the website. We took the past month thinking and planning this new page and are excited to give you guys the best reviews on Mods that we can. Much like our clearomizer chart, we have created a Mod chart where you can find the best vape mods for your clearomizers and other tanks. Check out our Vaping Mod Guide here.
