I will admit that it was not until recently that I fell in love with RDAs. RDAs definitely take some getting used to and require at least some level of skill.

The best thing about RDAs is that you get to build them and create the vaping experience that you want.

In fact this is why they are so popular to so many people. They allow you to do some of the work yourself and to be able to create exactly what you want.

Of course many people find the cost of RDAs to be a bit troubling when they are first getting started, but with this Mutation X V3 RDA review you are going to easily understand why you want to get your own today.

What’s New – Mutation X V3 RDA

The Mutation X V3 RDA is the third version of RDA in the line. It is an RDA that you can purchase with high expectations without getting disappointed.

It should be noted that when you are going to try out an RDA that it is important that you actually try it out for a few weeks rather than just a few days or hours.

This is one piece of equipment for vaping that you need to put a little more time and attention into.

You need to do this so that you can allow for the extra processes that need to take place.

While the Mutation X V3 was designed in the US, it has been put together and manufactured in China.

This is pretty common in the vaping world, because products can be manufactured so much cheaper in China then in the US.

This RDA has a roomy deck that makes it easy to build on.

There are a few things that are unique with the RDA that you might not have known about previously or seen on other models. One of the things that is unique with this model is the airflow design.

This is very important to note because a unique or better working airflow design is going to allow for you to have the best possible vaping experience.

There is also a wide bore Delrin drip tip that is included with the set up.

This is important to note because the drip tip makes it possible for you to have a vaping experience that is unique and the best possible.

The drip tip actually has metal fins on it that help to keep the heat distributed evenly. This is not something that you are going to see on some other RDAs.

A Little More On The X V3

The Mutation X V3 RDA is made from high quality 304 stainless steel.

It features a bigger sized block on the positive post which makes building and rebuilding this atomizer a little bit easier than some others.

There are two separate holes for coils and two negative posts where you can connect the coils.

One of the great things about these negative posts is that they are actually milled from the same piece of steel which means that you do not have to worry as much about them breaking off or spinning.

This is definitely a positive thing for the conductivity as well as the durability.

There are actually eighteen separate airflow holes. The air holes on this RDA is going to allow for you to have some of the largest airflow out of any RDA on the market.

There are actually nine holes on each side which means that you can ensure that you are getting even airflow.

You can actually open up the airflow to as many of these holes as you want.

If you do not want a lot of airflow you can turn off as many of these holes as you’d like. This allows you to have the most customized experience that is going to take your vaping to the next level.

The included Delrin drip tip is great because it stays cooler longer. That’s right, there is no need to worry about burning yourself if you are using this drip tip. Of course that does not mean that you can not use your own favorite drip tip.

In fact as long as your drip tip has a 510 connection you are going to be fine and can use it. I would highly recommend that you check out the Delrin drip tip though if you have not done so already.

One thing that I find unique about the Mutation X V3 RDA is that it is more focused on a strong developed flavor. So you are not going to get the biggest vapor clouds with this one. Instead you are going to get a stronger flavor.

So depending on what you are looking for in your vaping experience this could really meet your needs. It is perfect for those vapers who want to have smaller sized vapor clouds with the strongest possible flavors.

Superior Build Quality

One of the things that I appreciate most about the Mutation X V3 RDA is that it is made completely out of 304 milled stainless steel. The body has a beautiful etching with a branded logo that looks really great.

Since it is etched you do not have to worry about the logo being rubbed off or damaged. The top cap of the tank has a special finned heat sink that is going to help the heat be dissipated.

In addition to this the air hole design is unique and something that you can easily control.

It can be changed so that you can use any combination of the 18 holes that are present. This means that you can get as much or as little airflow that you have ever wanted.

Superior Performance

For me personally, with any RDA it is going to come down to the performance. One of the things that I have to mention in my Mutation X V3 RDA review is that there were a few things that I found a little tricky with this one.

If you do not have the coils installed exactly right you are going to be unhappy with the performance. In fact you will find that sparks might be flying.

This can be a little frightening if you are like me (and I imagine most people are in this respect) and prefer to not see sparks with your RDA.

My tip here is to make sure that you always test first before use because thankfully I did test which prevented me from being injured when I needed a few adjustments.

I also would recommend using a device that is known for short circuit protection with this RDA.

Of course not all mods have this feature but after seeing sparks fly during my testing I am still a little unsure of the overall safety of using this one without a short circuit protection.

I have read countless reviews online and many of them mention this same issue so I am guessing that it is not something that is just me.

That being said, the performance of this RDA is outstanding. I will admit that it has some of the best flavor that I have ever found with an RDA.

Everything tastes like I have always dreamed that it would taste and that alone is something that I found reassuring and interesting.

Final Thoughts

One of the things that I want to stress with the review of the Mutation X V3 RDA is that you need to make sure that you are testing and building properly.

It is important to test each and every RDA that you use but in this case I want to stress the importance of this.

I could have been injured with mine if I had not tested so I think that it is especially important to mention this since I use a wide range of RDAs and this is not something that I have had happen very many times.

In addition I want you to know that I love this RDA. I am very happy with the overall performance that it has.

Some days I am not searching for the huge clouds that I am searching for on other days. If it is a day where I am looking for huge clouds then this is not the RDA that I use.

I do love the flavor with this RDA and will let you know that in most cases each of my e-liquids has tasted the best on this one.

In fact I love to use this RDA just because of the intense and delicious flavors that I get.

All in all the Mutation X V3 is one RDA that I would be happy to use in my everyday vaping and one that you will be happy to use as well.
