The Sigelei 150w Review
The newest mod on the market from Sigelei features a 150 watt mod with a Yihi chip and plenty of features you’ll love.
In this Sigelei 150w review, we’ll look at what makes this mod different from the rest.
Where To Buy The Sigelei 150w
What’s New With the Sigelei 150w Mod?
The Sigelei 150w mod has a lot of awesome features and vaping ability. It gives you insane taste, ridiculous clouds, and a look that is classy and fun.
The Look of the Sigelei 150w Box Mod
The Sigelei 150w box mod has a clean, sleek look in a few color choices that you’ll like. These include the red Sigelei 150w, black, and silver.
Each come with a clear silicone sleeve that has been tested for durability and are stronger than ones that originally came with this device.
In fact, these have been manufactured not to rupture or tear and covers the aluminum alloy body on the Sigelei.
You can also buy silicone covers in other colors if you want something other than the clear one that comes with the device right out of the box.
You may like the sigelei 150w red, silver, or black or you can simply choose a different silicone cover.
This gives you a lot of options on how you want your mod to look. It has a nice feel to it and fits comfortably in your hand.
There are no waves on this device like the previous models and it has a nice, matte finish.
How Does it Vape?
If you’re a cloud chaser, and if you’re reading this then you probably are, then you’ll love how well it vapes.
The bottom ventilation holes gives plenty of air and it goes down to .1 ohms so you you can play with that low resistance.
What is great about this mod is its flexibility.
Whether you want a hot vape or a cool one, it does both and works excellently with whatever clearomizer and build you like.

- Too Hot: High operating temperature
Of course, you’ll want to be a little experienced when using a mod but these features definitely help you out a bit and come as an added bonus.
What’s This Button Do?
The buttons are much like the 100+ but they are actually easier to use and don’t stick like with the other model.
To power on, you simply click the power button five times, much like with other similar mods.
To lock the device is quite easy as well; simply hold the plus and minus button and to unlock it, just repeat the same process while it’s locked.
You’ll also like the display, which is easy to read and you won’t need your glasses to see it.
Battery and Charger Specs
The Sigelei 150w takes two 18650 batteries (Battery Capacity Required: 7.4V – 8.2V) and these are not included, nor is a charger.
The battery life is really impressive at about a day and a half with 50 watts.
The Sigelei 150w has a ton of features. It has a lock/unlock feature that makes the device not work when it is locked.
It’s is nice to have in case your device gets bumped and tries to fire on its own, or if you have children that may be around the Sigelei.
The display has some nice functions too such as a 0.95″ OLED display that shows resistance, voltage, wattage, and battery level and is easy to read.
The entire device has a good, solid build. The magnetic door locks into place easily without having to work at it and no pesky screws to lose.
The chip is the SX Yihi and runs efficiently. It doesn’t improperly regulate and instead regulates the voltage from 6.4 – 8.4v to whatever your personal setting happens to be.
It also runs really cool which keeps you from getting hot metal tubes – even at the lowest firing range of 0.1 ohms.
Thread and Build Quality
The threading comes as no surprise. It’s a 510 connection with a spring loaded copper centered pin. Of course, this just means that you have a lot of options on your atomizers.
Almost all of the atomizers sit flush with the exception of the Magma, which is notorious for having a longer 510 pin but now we’re just splitting hairs.
Mostly this affects the ohms and causes fluctuations but that can be remedied by removing it and screwing it in again, flush against the connection – just don’t over tighten.
The internal parts are pretty much the same as the Sigelei 100w with the chip, the dual battery sled with ribbon, and the vent holes.
Of course, you have the magnetic back door which is much more convenient. You will want to be careful because the magnets are extremely strong.
While this is a good feature, try not to install the door backwards if you’re not paying attention just in case it snaps the magnet.
Best Atomizers for the Sigelei 150w
Since you get a 510 connection with the Sigelei, you can choose from many sub-ohm clearomizers.
The Arctic Clearomizer Tank was designed by Horizon Tech to be THE sub-ohm tank.
Its quad intake features elliptical holes for improved airflow and the organic cotton coils are manufactured for more flavor in every draw.
One of the best things about the Delta 2 sub ohm tank is that it allows you to control more than just the airflow.
In fact you can actually control the juice flow with this tank.
While we think that the Sigelei has its own unique merits, there are similar 150 watt mods out there.
The latest entry onto the high-power battlefield is the IPV3 150 watt mod.
The IPV3 by Pioneer4U features a YiHi SX330 internal microprocessor for precise wattage control as well as advanced temperature regulation.
Sigelei 100w Plus
Perhaps the first thing that you will notice about the Sigelei 100 Watt Plus is that it is very solid.
This is not to say that it is heavy or awkwardbut rather that you can tell that you are holding a nice top quality product in your hands when you pick it up.
